ST. ANNE / ST. CATHERINE PARISH PASTORAL PLAN UPDATE

Dear Parishioners,

On Friday, September 16th, 2016, I received a letter from Cardinal Sean O’Malley stating that our pastoral plan for the St. Anne-St. Catherine Collaborative had been approved.

If you are not familiar with the pastoral plan that many dedicated individuals worked on for over a year and a half, I strongly encourage you to take a moment to review it. It can be found by clicking on the button below.

Collaborative Pastoral Plan

In the coming weeks, I will be meeting with the Parish Pastoral Council, as well as with the various Ministry leads to begin working on the actual implementation of the priorities, goals, and tasks outlined within the plan.

If you have any questions or would like to directly participate in the implementation of this plan, I encourage you to contact the parish office so they can direct you to the right individual(s) to work with.

God Bless.
Fr. Peter Quinn

COLLABORATION SURVEY FEEDBACK RESULTS

In June, we asked parishioners at our weekend masses to provide feedback on two questions.   We received nearly 2,100 responses with 1,214 associated with Question 1 and 884 with Question 2.  Based on an initial review, we created a series of top level categories for each question.  The link below provides a report outlining the overall numerical results for the top five categories in a table format for each question.  This is followed by more detailed feedback, focused on specific themes contained in parishioner responses.

An abreviated version of this report is published in the St. Anne bulletin of July 19, 2015.  If you have trouble viewing this report please contact the Parish Office at 978-486-4100.

DISCIPLES IN MISSION NEWS:

  • A couple of weeks ago Cardinal Sean O'Malley approved the pastoral plans that were submitted to him by the Phase 1 collaborative parishes as part of the implementation of Disciples in Mission. These plans are a result of two years of training and work by the parishes and we pray that the Holy Spirit will continue to guide them as they now put the plans into action for the purpose of forming disciples of Jesus Christ who embrace the mission to evangelize. You can see all the plans HERE. Please join us in praying for these parishes!
